Pre-Listing Inspections

A pre-listing inspection includes the foundation/structure, roof, attic, electrical system, heating/cooling System, plumbing system, bathrooms, interior/exterior components, kitchen/laundry, garage and site conditions that affect the structure. You may also consider just doing the major systems.
